Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately at info@cozmoa.com if you need to change or cancel your order. Most orders are shipped within 3 hour of being placed except weekends. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled by Cozmoa. After receiving the order, you can start the return process by clicking 'Start Return' or 'Free Return' at the bottom of the page. Refunds will be granted once the items are returned in their original condition.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once you place your order online, you will receive the tracking information via email. You can also check the status of your order through 'Order Status' at the bottom of the page.
Where is my order?
Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to be delivered after tracking shows it has shipped. We suggest contacting the carrier directly for the latest status of your order or to update your address. You may also visit our 'Order Status' page to view carrier contact information.
How To Return My Items?
You can start the return process by clicking 'Start Return' or 'Free Return' at the bottom of the page. Refunds will be granted once the items are returned in their original condition.
Where is my refund?
While we submit refunds to your bank promptly, please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account. Processing times can vary among banks. We kindly request that our customers allow at least 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in their accounts.
